Conditions of Application<\/h3>\n

  1. The applicants must become members of the Istanbul Clarinet Society (ICS) before the competition application process by donating 1000 TL as an entrance fee and 600 TL in return for the annual membership fee (total 1600 TL) to the bank account of ICS at \u0130\u015fbank R\u0131ht\u0131m-Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Branch (IBAN: TR130006400000110254099617<\/b>). The applicants are accepted as a temporary (1 year) member to the society. The bank receipt must be attached to the application form during the online application process and submitted together with other documents that will be requested during correspondence with the authorities.<\/li>\n

    1. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar ba\u015fvurular\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda 16-27 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda (27 ya\u015f dahil) olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Re\u015fit olmayan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuru i\u015flemlerinin anne, baba veya Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan atanm\u0131\u015f vasi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereklidir.<\/li>\n
    2. Participants must indicate their home addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses in the application form legibly. The preferred method for communication, where the applicants will be notified, is through e-mail. The applicants should check their e-mails regularly after the application and maintain uninterrupted communication with the authorities.<\/li>\n
    3.     4. During the video recording, an oral presentation should be made by the applicant before the pieces are played, and the related piece should be interpreted after the presentation. The image and sound must be recorded in high quality from the very beginning to the end of shooting, in one piece, without any intervention or editing.<\/li>\n
    5. \u0130lk elemeyi ge\u00e7en ve yar\u0131 finale davet edilmeye hak kazanan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara 18 Kas\u0131m 2024 Pazartesi<\/span> ak\u015fam\u0131na kadar bildirim gelecektir. Yar\u0131 finalistlerin performanslar\u0131, \u0130stanbul\u2019da \u00f6nceden duyurulacak bir salonda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir.<\/li>\n
    6. Yar\u0131\u015fma ba\u015fvurular\u0131 ve yar\u0131 finali, yar\u0131\u015fmac\u0131lar numaraland\u0131r\u0131larak ve kimlik bilgileri sakl\u0131 tutularak \u0130KD J\u00fcrisi taraf\u0131ndan, yar\u0131\u015fma finalistleri ise, \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi “Cemal Re\u015fit Rey (CRR) Konser Salonu”nda ve halka a\u00e7\u0131k \u015fekilde b\u00fcy\u00fck j\u00fcri taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilecektir. <\/span><\/li>\n

J\u00fcri, finale kalan 6 yar\u0131\u015fmac\u0131ya s\u0131ras\u0131yla 1.\u2019lik, 2.\u2019lik, 3.\u2019l\u00fck \u00f6d\u00fclleri ve di\u011fer finalistleri onurland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in mansiyon verebilir. J\u00fcri her seviye i\u00e7in birden fazla ki\u015fiyi \u00f6d\u00fcllendirebilir veya baz\u0131 seviyelerde hi\u00e7bir \u00f6d\u00fcl vermeyebilir. J\u00fcri uygun g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc takdirde \u00fcmit vadeden 16-21 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir yar\u0131\u015fmac\u0131ya \u201dJ\u00fcri \u00d6zel \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u201d verebilir.<\/li>\n
    9. Jury decisions are final and participants will not have the right to appeal. All legal regulations are included in the application form. Only the applications approved and signed by the applicant will be processed.<\/li>\n
    10. Competition awards were generously determined by prestigious instrument and accessory companies. Besides, various prizes will be given to all semi-finalists.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
